ADLER Professional coaching certificate program has been the Leader in the field since 1998, and  in 2002 the first  in Canada to  be designated as an Accredited Coach Training program by the International Coach Federation.

  • We are currently offering course 1 of 3 in in order to receive the certification. Courses 2 and 3 will be open for registration soon. (see below for details) 
  • Maximum capacity for course 1 (outlined below) is 15 participants. This is based on a first come first serve basis.

1st course - January 28th, 2018 - February 1st 2018

*COA-301 Foundations of Professional Coaching – 30 training hours

Introduces the foundational concepts, models and processes associated with the ADLER approach to professional coaching and anchors you strongly in the coaching mindset while practicing the core competencies of professional coaching. Introduce and practice a structure for the basic coaching conversation. Gives you an overview of the coaching profession and the many areas of professional practice for coaches.

Adria is a business oriented, practical and heart centered executive coach with over 20 years of experience coaching senior corporate leaders and senior leadership teams across multiple industries. Her coaching approach is insightful and straightforward and combines coaching with mentoring and where necessary, teaching.

A pioneer of coaching in Canada, and past president of the GTA chapter of the International Coach Federation, Adria has played an integral role in the Canadian coaching community. A systems oriented thinker, Adria is known for her leading-edge ideas, and her high level of creativity. 

One of Canada’s first Master Coaches, Adria is a Founding Faculty, former Dean, and now Dean Emerita of Adler International Learning's Coaching Certificate Program worldwide.

Adria believes that leaders need to fill the gap between business aspirations and disappointing results by adapting to the reality of today’s world.  Adaptation requires a willingness to learn and change outdated beliefs, ideas and attitudes. It also requires the capacity to think strategically, and articulate a vision of moving forward, to which their workforce can commit and fully engage.
